Always so fascinating and informative, Erik! I have all in all forgo breakfast altogether and opt for a semi intermittent fasting (semi because I don’t follow a strict time regiment). I just don’t eat before I finish my first round of workout in the morning. It works amazing. I guess this would depend on each person’s digestive system…
