As a sport, I absolutely love it. I also think that women should know how to defend themselves because you never know what lurks in the shadows…

I never really spar though. I tried it once with my bestfriend. It ended up with her yelling ‘Just hit me’ and me replying ‘But you’re my friend! I can’t!’. Yeah. For like about 5 minutes. Poor coach who was teaching us at the time. Hahahahaha.

Sports, any kind, are really really good for the body and mind. It definitely brings about good changes. Have fun with your karate, Pablo! Maybe write about it here? Would love to read about your experience :)
