Hahahahahahaha. If only pushing, flipping or rolling tires are the only survival skills we need… Life would be so much easier 😂The warmup exercises before my boxing session involve tires too sometimes. We have to lift it up and flip it, then do mountain climbers leaning on the tires. Very good for legs and abs 😂
