We up our vitamin D intake in the winter- plus extra this year because of Covid. They say that many Covid victims have very low amounts of vitamin D in their systems. Fact? I don’t know. But it certainly doesn’t hurt to boost the body’s immune system right now.
I would highly recommend Shin’s article on this one. He writes a lot of useful informational pieces on COVID and its relation to vitamins, including vitamin C and D.
