It must have taken a lot of courage for you to share this story. It might linger for a while. The fear. But the thing is, what we often think, becomes. Whenever I have a negative thought that scares me, I remind myself that if I dwell on it, it might come true. I usually meditate on positivity and as cliche as it sounds, most of the time it works. I wish you a speedy recovery.
