New Year Resolution: It’s Okay To Go Slow

GO SLOW BUT NEVER EVER, EVER, STOP.

When you feel like stopping or quitting, DON’T.

If you feel exhausted, slow down your pace a little. But whatever happens, DON’T STOP.

You can go slow but you do NOT stop.
