The thing is, it took me nearly a year to keep it constant and not fluctuating. I’ve lost about 8 kgs in 2 weeks once but I’ve learned that it has a yoyo effect when I go on crazy diets and exercise routine. I guess it differs for different people but I experimented a lot with eating habits and exercises back in the days.
I think I finally found my answer and voila! I’m happy and healthy!
