This is something that definitely needed to be discussed. I remember my first briefing in Nepal, volunteering on the mountain in the middle of nowhere. One of the first rules in the organization is 'no taking photos with the children'. Cannot. End of story. Posting it on social media is definitely out of question. We were told that child abduction and trafficking is a massive issue in the country and the bad guys tend to go through social media to look for the kids and with the age of Internet...

Sometimes we don't know the danger of our actions that seem harmless. Sometimes, we just need someone to tell us, to teach us. Thank you for sharing this, John. It's a good lesson and 'm learning :)
