Those things you did actually count! Really! You just need to remember to engage the muscles! Pull your belly in as you hoist the items, for example. Being mindful really helps with muscle development (you can have 6 packs abs too). You’re tempting me to work as a truckdriver. Any vacancy in your place? I learn fast and adapt well 😂

I’m so curious about rolling tires uphill. That’s actually a good idea for exercise! Remember to engage your abs, your thighs and your arms muscles as you roll them baby tires! 😄
