When I saw the title, I just knew I have to read it. I've always had a mix feelings about running. I'm not very fond of it but when life gets a bit too overwhelming, it's what I crave for. I used to run everyday until my knees started to make the sound of rustling plastic. I stopped for a bit then. Hahaha. Thank you for sharing this, Jordan!
By the way, if you haven't read it, I wrote a piece on songs that I listen to for my workout. The title is Songs To Get You Back Up On Your Feet. Don't know if you've seen it but it might be good songs for running. I usually listen to these songs when I'm boxing :)
