Wow, I’m really impressed! I’ve tried vegan diet before and I have to say, it really made all the difference. As I’m a yoga and pilates teacher, I could feel it in my body. I felt lighter and I had more energy when I was a vegan. I’m currently a vegetarian but vegan is definitely highly recommended. Thank you for sharing and being an inspiration! :)
